Order and Delivery Details


If you purchase Fruit365 products with a net amount of $1000, you will receive a free shipping service (excluding Lantau Island, Outlying Islands and remote locations). If the order amount is less than the net amount of $1000, you will be required to pay the shipping fee, please refer to the following Fruit365 shipping fee portion. If it is required to be delivered to more than one location, the first delivery location will be entitled to a free shipping service, and each subsequent location will be charged at the cost listed in the "Fruit365 Delivery Charges" section.

For urgent orders, Fruit365 can call 'delivery apps" for delivery, and the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. (Not applicable to the above shipping table)

Delivery time is

Every Monday to Friday – 10:30 am to 18:00 pm


We will post the latest arrangements on the website when there is a change due to bad weather. For example, when the typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted, we do not provide the relevant delivery service.


Return or refund:

If you encounter fruit quality problems, please contact us at or (852)3614572/93810651 within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. We will follow up the situation to arrange a replacement or refund, please provide photos and collect the problematic fruit for inspection.


Confirm Order


Customers should confirm the order details and receiver, the consignee's address and the company policy is able to receive fruit gift or other fresh fruit products.


The prices and other information of the products offered on this website are only quotation to the offer and your order will be considered an offer. All orders placed through this website are accepted by Fruit365. Only when Fruit365 sends you a confirmation email and sends the product you ordered, will your order be accepted by Fruit365 to form a purchase contract between Fruit365 and you. Only the products listed in the confirmation email are included in the contract.


Fruit365 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in accordance with these terms and conditions or any other just cause and does not assume any responsibility to you or any other person. These reasons include but are not limited to:

1. The ordered product is out of stock or has been revoked for various reasons (eg not meeting our quality standards);

2. Determine the pricing error;

3. Payment authorization issues;

4. The above eligibility criteria were not met.

If your order is cancelled by Fruit365, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.


Change order or delivery date


Under normal circumstances, all orders must be ordered at least three working days before delivery. If customers want to deliver on the same day, please call us during office hours.


Customers who wish to change the order or delivery date must call us within 48 hours prior to delivery to notify us during office hours.


Payment method


We accept the following channel payments

Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque and FPS.

*The photo of the website and the fruit and packaging style of the fresh fruit basket ordered by the customer should be the same. If the quality of a product is poor or the supply is short, the store reserves the right to replace the fruit or packaging style at the same price without further notice.
