Fruit365 delivers a variety fruit to offices, homes and schools. We source from local market in the morning and buy as much seasonal fruit as possible directly, packing it securely in our patented crates, and delivering by the end of the day.

What schedule should I choose?

The vast majority of our customers receive weekly office fruit delivery; however, we are happy to work with you to find a schedule that works best for your office and budget. Fresh fruit at work is part of a solid workplace wellness program and employees value this healthy benefit. Office morale goes up when the fresh fruit arrives and having regular weekly deliveries means no time wasted on placing orders when you run out of fruit.

What is the deadline for order changes?

We require at least two business days prior to the delivery date to guarantee any changes. We want to make sure you get the best quality seasonal fruit available and this deadline allows us to prepare and ship the box to you most efficiently.

Can I return or refund if the fruit is not good enough?

Based on our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we are welcome to return or refund. Please call us if there are any problems on the fruit quality.

How much fruit comes in the box?

Our boxes are available in three sizes. The actual number of pieces varies depending on what is in the mix each week, but in general, we consider one piece of fruit equal to one serving. 

What will my box contain?

Our buyers work very hard to source the freshest and tastiest fruit available in each region to set a fruit “mix” for each box each week. Please contact us for more information. 

How do you choose what fruit goes in the box?

Each box contains an assortment of the best and most unique fruit available. This means the contents of your fruit box may vary from one week to the next depending on what’s in season, what’s being picked that week, and what looks and tastes best to our buying team. 

Can I customise my mix?

We are happy to make some customizations to your box. We can omit unwanted items and include extras of other produce in your mix. If you find that certain items are an office favorite, let us know and we can try to include more of the favored item. 

Where does the produce come from?

The Fruit365 produce is sourced local market. We will choose the best seasonal fruit that makes the quality be the best.

How long does the fruit last?

Different fruit have different shelf lives. Fruits likely to bruise during transit and will continue to ripen. For example, berries and grape should be eaten within two to three days of delivery. Items such as apples or oranges will last a week or more depending on how they are stored. 

Should I wash the fruit?

We always recommend it. Whether organic or conventional, fruit is grown outside. We suggest that you rinse it under cool running water immediately before you enjoy it, and don’t forget to wash your hands as well!

The Fruit365 delivers fruit with Monday through Friday delivery in most areas.

Are there shipping costs?

When will my fresh fruit arrive?

All deliveries are guaranteed by end of business day, however, we find the majority of deliveries are made between 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Priority delivery is available in many locations; please just let us know when you place your order if you have any special delivery time requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Can I track my delivery?

Sure, If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, please call or email us and we can track your package and provide an estimated time of delivery.


How do I pay for office delivery of fresh fruit?

The majority of our customers pay with cheque. WE are welcome to offer statement that make corporate accountant easier to pay by monthly. 

How do I request a copy of an invoice?

Give us a call or email, and we’ll be happy to send you a copy of your invoice. Please reference the invoice number or your company name and the date of the invoice you need.

I need a paper copy of my invoices; can you mail them to me?

Sure! We are happy to mail you a hard copy of your invoices, just let us know when you set up your account that you would like your invoices to be mailed instead of emailed.
